Roger de Bailleul was a medieval Archbishop of Canterbury-elect.

He was the abbot of Bec Abbey when he was elected archbishop by the cathedral chapter of Canterbury after the death of Thomas Becket. He declined the election. He was absolved from the election on 5 April 1173.[1]
