Princess Antoinette of Saxe-Altenburg (April 17, 1838 – October 13, 1908) was the second child of Prince Eduard of Saxe-Altenburg and Amalie of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen.

On April 22, 1854, at Altenburg, Antoinette married with Friedrich I, Duke of Anhalt. They had six children:[1]
- Hereditary Prince Leopold of Anhalt (1855-1886), married on 1884 to Princess Elisabeth of Hesse-Kassel (or Hesse-Cassel).
- Friedrich II, Duke of Anhalt (1856-1918), married on 1889 to Princess Marie of Baden.
- Princess Elisabeth of Anhalt (1857-1933), married on 1877 to Adolf Friedrich V, Grand Duke of Mecklenburg in Strelitz.
- Eduard, Duke of Anhalt (1861-1918) married Princess Luise of Saxe-Altenburg
- Prince Aribert of Anhalt (1866-1933) married Princess Marie Louise of Schleswig-Holstein
- Princess Alexandra of Anhalt (1868-1958) married Sizzo, Prince of Schwarzburg
