OP-Pohjola Group comprises 229 independent member co-operative banks and the Group's statutory central institution, OP Bank Group Central Co-operative.

The subsidiaries of the OP Bank Group Central Co-operative and their products:

  • Pohjola Bank plc (until 03/2008 OKO Bank plc), a commercial bank, the largest subsidiary of the Central Co-operative
  • Helsinki OP Bank, retail banking in the Greater Helsinki region, where no OP-Pohjola Group co-operative banks are present. Previously Helsinki OP Bank was called Okopankki and was a subsidiary of Pohjola Bank.
  • OP-Henkivakuutus, life- and general insurance
