Petar Mihtarski (Bulgarian: Петър Михтарски) (born 15 July 1966) was a Bulgarian football player. He was part of the Bulgarian national team that reached the semi-finals of the 1994 World Cup, and also the second Bulgarian footballer whose surname did not end with a V to play on the World Cup finals. The first was Milko Gaydarski in 1970.
At club level he played for Pirin Blagoevgrad, CSKA Sofia and Levski Sofia in Bulgaria. He also had short spells at FC Porto, RCD Mallorca and VfL Wolfsburg.
