Lú Mùzhēn (traditional Chinese: 盧慕貞; simplified Chinese: 卢慕贞) (1867 - 1952) was the first wife of Chinese revolutionary leader and first President of the Republic of China Sun Yat-sen.

Lu Muzhen was born on 30 July 1867. A fellow villager, she married Sun when he was 19 and bore him a son, Sun Fo, and two daughters, Sun Yan (traditional Chinese: 孫延; simplified Chinese: 孙延; pinyin: Sūn Yán) and Sun Wan (traditional Chinese: 孫琬; simplified Chinese: 孙琬; pinyin: Sūn Wǎn). Due to her bound feet, she rarely accompanied him on his revolutionary campaigns. She moved to Macau after Sun abandoned her in 1915 to marry Soong Ching-ling.
