• The WB Television Network - merged with UPN to form The CW in 2006
• Lorimar Productions - merged into Warner Bros. Television in 1993
• Telepictures - merged with Lorimar in 1986, and with WBTV in 1989
• Lorimar-Telepictures - formed in 1986 as a merger of Lorimar and Telepictures, became holding company for the separate names in 1988, and merged with WB in 1989
• Associated Artists Productions - formed in 1953, bought pre-1950 Warner library in 1956, sold to United Artists in 1958 and to Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in 1981; the company's distribution functions were originally absorbed into United Artists Television, and later into MGM Television and Turner Entertainment, finally passing on to WB in 1996
• Turner Program Services - Formed in 1982, merged into WBTV's distribution arm in 1996
• Turner Pictures - merged into Warner Bros. in 2003
• Hanna-Barbera - merged into Warner Bros. Animation in 2001
• Talent Associates - sold to HBO in unknown time period, now part of HBO Enterprises
• Seven Arts Productions - merged with WB in 1967
• Sunset Productions - merged with Guild Films and later Seven Arts
• Motion Pictures for Television and Guild Films - both were later absorbed into Seven Arts
