Ivan Tsvetkov (born August 31, 1979 in Blagoevgrad) is a football striker from Bulgaria, who is playing for Khazar Lenkoran in Azerbaijan since the summer of 2008/2009.

Tsvetkov started playing football at Pirin Blagoevgrad.
[edit] SC Heerenveen
At the age of 13, Ivan joined SC Heerenveen's youth academy. In 1997 he began playing for the seniors. He eventually capped the teams 16 times, scoring 2 goals, before Tsvetkov left the club in 2000.
[edit] BV Veendam
In 2000, Tsvetkov joined BV Veendam where he plays until 2002. He made 66 appearances and scored 40 goals.

Ivan spent two months FC Zwolle, where he capped 41 times and scored 1 goal.
[edit] Sivasspor
Tsvetkov spent a season and a half in Turkey. For Sivasspor he made 34 appearances and scored 11 goals.
[edit] Khazar Lenkoran
Tsvetkov joined the team from Azerbaidjan in the summer of 2008. During that season, Ivan became a topscorer of his team, scoring 15 goals, and the second goalscorer of the league.
