Clive Middlemass (born August 25, 1944) is an English former professional footballer and football manager who managed Carlisle United between November 1987 and March 1991.
Middlemass took over a club that had suffered consecutive relegations from the Second to Fourth Division. By 1990 the side had become promotion contenders but would narrowly miss the play-offs. The following season proved a struggle and he left the club in March.
