This category is used for administration of the Wikipedia project, and is not part of the encyclopedia. It contains pages that are not articles, or groups articles by status rather than content.

This is mostly a dumping ground for pages in the project namespace that are pointless, and thus elude categorization elsewhere, but are nevertheless retained because they are considered by some to be humorous, or otherwise worth keeping. Some of the subcategories aren't really "culture" at all and would probably be better off directly under Category:Wikipedia administration or one of its other subcategories.
