Cao Xun
Traditional Chinese: 曹詢
Simplified Chinese: 曹询
This is a Chinese name; the family name is Cao (曹).

Cao Xun was an adopted son of Cao Rui (Emperor Ming), an emperor of Cao Wei. It is not known who his birth parents were, because Cao Rui deliberately kept their identities secrets, although it was likely that he was adopted from within the imperial Cao clan. He was probably born in 230, and in 235 Cao Rui created him the Prince of Qin. In 239, after Cao Rui's death, he did not receive the throne; rather, it went to his brother Cao Fang, who was also adopted by Cao Rui. Cao Xun died in 244.
