Amt Neuhaus is a municipality in district of Lüneburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany.

Amt Neuhaus has been part of the province Hanover in the state Prussia, and after World War II part of East Germany. Amt Neuhaus became part of Lower Saxony in 1993.
